Balancing Transparency and Positivity - An Interview With Rhema Design Co.

Balancing Transparency and Positivity - An Interview With Rhema Design Co.

Luckily for me, I was able to interview a friend and colleague that I get to chat with regularly.

AnnaKate is one of the founding members of the Slack group that I am in and she, and everyone else in the group, has been a great mentor and cheerleader for me and my business.

AnnaKate is someone I seriously admire for her exceptional brand design and business transparency. She doesnโ€™t shy away from removing the filter from the gram to give people a look behind-the-scenes and Iโ€™m excited for you to see a little more of her story in this interview.

Letโ€™s jump into it!

From Lawyer to Entrepreneur - An Interview with Homage Essentials and Co.

Some of my favorite business stories start the way Homage Essentials and Co. business started.

It started with a woman, Raven, searching for a better solution to a problem she saw in her day to day life. Non-toxic home cleaners that smelled great and actually cleaned your home.

In this blog post, youโ€™ll learn how Homage Essentials and Co. was born, how it grew from a one-woman run business to a two-woman run business, how these two entrepreneurs have navigated business together and a little advice for anyone else interested in taking a similar leap into entrepreneurship.

9 Things I Learned in My Second Year of Business

9 Things I Learned in My Second Year of Business

I have been officially running Jordan Prindle Designs for two years.

That sounds utterly insane to me.

With two years under my belt, I wanted to share with you what Iโ€™ve learned. I did that after my first full year of business as well, and I thought it was such a fun blog post to write and a powerful way to reflect on all that Iโ€™ve achieved over the last year.

So, I wanted to do a follow-up of sorts, to talk about what year two has taught me.

Over the last year or so, Iโ€™ve made a lot of changes in my business. I started creating courses, I took a work sabbatical, I stopped taking clients for a few short months and I grew my following up and invested time into my email list.

It feels like a lot has changed for me and for JPD, so what have I learned? Letโ€™s jump into it.

How a Gift Launched a Movement - An Interview with The Kikulu Foundation

If youโ€™ve been following along with Jordan Prindle Designs for awhile now, you may recognize my first interviewee. I partnered with The Kikulu Foundation to refresh their website back in May of this year.

Alisha was amazing to work with and her story and the story behind The Kikulu Foundation is incredible. I was thrilled to see her name in the application form and was delighted to get the opportunity to work with her again.

Iโ€™m excited to share her story with all of you so letโ€™s jump straight into it!

Announcing My October Interview Series

Announcing My October Interview Series

If you are not on my email list, you may be surprised to see the blog post that I am releasing on Thursday.

A few weeks back, I decided I wanted to highlight some of the creatives that read my blog on my blog.

Blogging often feels like shouting into the void and I was looking for a way to make it a more collaborative experience. I thought there was no better way than to collaborate with a few of my readers for the month of October.

Let me explain what Iโ€™m talking about!
